Union Post Acute is hiring a Full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Union, SC. You will work with a dedicated team to help residents regain independence through individualized therapy plans and mobility training.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in good standing in the state of operation.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Patient-focused with strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans created by the Physical Therapist.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training.
• Help residents improve walking, transfers, and daily activities.
• Monitor responses to treatment and report progress to supervising PT.
• Document treatments and progress accurately and timely.
• Educate residents and caregivers on safe mobility techniques.
• Collaborate with nursing and rehab team to support positive outcomes.
