Union Post Acute in Union, South Carolina is seeking a Part-time Physical Therapist to join our caring team. You’ll evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, and help patients regain mobility and independence in a warm, home-like setting.

New graduates are welcome. Active SC PT license required. We offer competitive pay with a range of $40–$56 per hour, flexible scheduling, professional development, and a supportive team that values quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Active South Carolina Physical Therapist License.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine physical therapy needs, functional limitations, and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional independence.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants in direct resident care.
• Communicate progress and discharge plans with physicians, nursing staff, residents, and families.
• Maintain compliant documentation and ensure a safe treatment environment.
