The ideal candidate holds a PT license or eligibility, excels in relationship building and leadership, and is passionate about senior care across CCRC, SNF, and outpatient clinics.

Qualifications

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the building, treating patients while handling scheduling and liaison duties for the Area Manager.
• Oversee outpatient therapy services across multiple settings to ensure quality patient care.
