Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA accredited program or equivalent.
• Standing, walking and/or continuously moving around.
• Climbing or balancing as required for patient care.
• Pushing, pulling, lifting and/or carrying heavy objects (20 lbs. or more).

Responsibilities

• Participates on committees as requested by Supervisor.
• Delivers high level of service to residents, families, and visitors.
• Models and maintains a safe environment for therapy and uses proper body mechanics.
• Completes resident treatments as scheduled and documents progress.
• Develops individualized treatment plans and discharge summaries as appropriate.
