Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Licensed to practice physical therapy per state guidelines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients and develop treatment goals and methods.
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans and document care.
• Design and fit adaptive devices incl. orthotics and prosthetics.
• Instruct clients in mobility activities and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team to select appropriate regimens.
• Supervise supportive personnel as per standards.
• Order supplies and maintain equipment.
