• Provides evaluation services including review of pertinent information and documentation of results with patient/family and goals.
• Implements treatment protocols based on evaluation findings and patient presentation; consults with other professionals as needed.
• Completes discharge planning and timely, accurate documentation of care.
• Demonstrates time management and productivity; ensures smooth patient access to care.
• Directs continuing education and mentors students and staff as needed.

Education

Bachelor's/Master's/Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy

Licensure in MD/DC/VA
