Job summary

Touchpoints Therapy in Hartford, CT is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our local area team. You will evaluate, plan and direct physical therapy modalities to restore function after injury or illness and help patients reach their maximum potential.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in CT.
• 3+ years of PT experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of various software programs (EMR, scheduling, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, direct and administer physical therapy modalities of treatment.
• Administer treatments as prescribed by a referring physician to restore function.
• Assist patients to reach maximum performance and level of functioning.
• Coordinate, delegate and supervise responsibilities of supportive staff.
• Ensure patient changes are documented timely.
