Job summary

iCare Health Network in Hartford area is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join Touchpoints Therapy. You will evaluate, plan, direct and administer physical therapy to improve function and restore mobility for patients after injury or illness.

Responsibilities include administering prescribed treatments, guiding patients toward maximum performance, documenting progress, and coordinating with supportive staff to ensure quality care in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• CT Physical Therapy License is required.
• 3+ years of experience in all aspects of physical therapy.
• Working knowledge of various software programs is required.

• Assists patients to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning
• Coordinates, delegates and supervises responsibilities assigned to supportive staff
• Ensures patient changes are accurate and documented on a timely basis

Qualifications:

• Current State of CT Physical Therapy Licensure
• 3 or more years of previous experience in all aspects of physical therapy, preferred
• Working knowledge of various software programs, required
