Job summary

Hagerstown Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Hagerstown, MD. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop treatment plans, provide education to patients, families, and rehabilitation staff, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care.

This position can be full-time or part-time, with an hourly pay range of $50–$55. Requirements include a PT degree from an accredited program and a current state license; at least 1

Qualifications

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited Program.
Current state license.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Competency in therapy treatment and evaluation principles, techniques, and equipment utilization.
Knowledge of state and federal accreditation.

Responsibilities

Evaluate, screen, and treat patients who need physical therapy services.
Review medical charts and develop treatment plans in accordance with patient needs.
Implement treatment plans through direct treatment and education of treatment staff.
Provide necessary supervision for therapy assistants.
Maintain accurate billing information and confidentiality of medical records.
Attend interdisciplinary meetings and family meetings as appropriate.
