Job summary

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, screen, and treat patients who need physical therapy services.
• Review medical charts and develop treatment plans in accordance with patient needs.
• Implement treatment plans through direct treatment and education of treatment staff.
• Provide necessary supervision for therapy assistants.
• Maintain accurate billing information and confidentiality of medical records.
• Attend interdisciplinary meetings and family meetings as appropriate.
