Job summary

Origin Travel Nurses seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide skilled therapy across facilities. You will evaluate patients, design individualized plans, and deliver treatments to restore function.

The role includes supervision of PTAs and Rehab Techs, collaboration with care teams and families, and maintaining safety and regulatory compliance across settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state PT license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update treatment/discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and timely.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts.
