Job summary

Origin Travel Nurses is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide skilled therapy across facilities in compliance with state and federal regulations. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to restore function and mobility.

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).

• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
