Job summary

Origin Travel Nurses is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide skilled services in accordance with state and facility guidelines. You will evaluate patients, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to restore function and mobility.

Responsibilities include screening, evaluating, discharging plans, accurate documentation, supervising PTAs and Rehab Techs, and collaboration with care teams and families while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state PT license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities
