Job summary

Origin Travel Nurses seeks a licensed Physical Therapist in Philadelphia, PA to provide skilled PT services across facilities. You will evaluate patients, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to restore function and mobility.

Responsibilities include screen/evaluate, update discharge plans, document accurately, supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, and collaborate with care teams while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state PT license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
