Origin Travel Nurses is seeking a Physical Therapist in Navasota, Texas. The role involves providing skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations, evaluating patients and developing individualized treatment plans.

You will supervise PTAs, collaborate with care teams, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Ideal candidates must hold an APTA-accredited degree and a valid state PT license. Comprehensive benefits, including healthcare coverage and retirement savings, are provided.

• Develop and update treatment/discharge plans of care
• Document services accurately and timely
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
• Active state PT license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
