Job summary

Origin Travel Nurses is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist in Langhorne, PA, to provide compliant physical therapy services, conduct patient evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans. You will be responsible for delivering therapy services that help restore patient function and mobility while collaborating with multidisciplinary care teams.

Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and delivery of direct therapy to restore function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate
• Develop and update treatment/discharge plans of care
• Document services accurately and timely
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
• Active state PT license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
