Kootenai Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join their rehabilitation team. The role involves evaluating patient needs and implementing effective treatment plans while collaborating with a multidisciplinary group. Responsible for evaluating/assessing the needs of referred patients and formulating treatment plans.

This means patients can complete a full spectrum of treatments, procedures, and consultations from a multidisciplinary team of therapists for an individualized and comprehensive care plan. Our rehabilitation services department serves patients during and after hospital treatment for a seamless care transition as well as provides robust outpatient therapy services for the community.
