At our concierge clinic located in picturesque

Encinitas, California, we are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapist and/or Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. We provide an exceptional level of VIP care and are committed to delivering the highest quality outcomes to our patients.

OPPORTUNITY:

Looking for entrepreneunial PT/PTA to help grow and scale the practice. We have a need for a Therapist to provide shockwave therapy, manual therapy, posture therapy, and therapetic exercise to our clients. We also have a need to assist with teaching workshops, providing on-campus college athletic screens, teaching exercise classess, and providing telehealth services. Initially, this employment need is part time assisting the clinic owner. However, there is the opportunity to grow into full time hours, clinical director role, and possibly partnership track for the right candidate.

You will have the opportunity to work in a rewarding environment where you will be supported and encouraged to further develop your research and manual therapy skills. We are looking for someone who has a passion for patient care to help grow the clinic and has the desire to learn the concierge PT model.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a orthopedic clinical background and excellent manual therapy, exercise, communication, and social media skills. They will be committed to delivering exceptional care to our patients, and willing to take the initiative to drive success both individually and as part of a team. We are willing to train the right person!

COMPENSATION & FLEXIBILITY:

In addition to mentorship and training opportunities, we offer highly competitive pay up to 80-100$/ hour, flexible part-time as well as the potential for profit sharing / director roles.

As an entrepreneurially-minded individual, you will have the chance to take ownership of your own caseload, make your own schedule, create innovative treatment plans, and collaborate with our owner and other concierge providers to drive business growth and development.
