Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide skilled therapy in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting in Lecanto, FL. This PRN position requires an active Florida PT license (or license-eligible) and SNF/post-acute experience is preferred. Net Health knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Florida PT license (or license-eligible).
• Graduate of an accredited PT program.

• Provide skilled PT services to SNF residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
