The ideal candidate is a licensed Florida PT with SNF or post-acute experience; flexible schedule; competitive pay and benefits via the PRN model. This role emphasizes compassionate care and professional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• Active Florida PT license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a PT. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
