Step Up Rehab, in partnership with Solaris HealthCare Bayonet Point in Hudson, FL, is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to deliver skilled PT services within a SNF setting. You will work within the dedicated therapy gym to help residents regain function and independence, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Licensed in Florida or eligible, you will manage a flexible caseload, enjoy benefits like Daily Pay and travel stipends, and join a supportive leadership team focused on quality care

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• Active Florida PT license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a PT. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
