Qualifications
- Evaluates and treats patients with problems related to neuromuscular and musculoskeletal systems.
- Tests and measures muscle strength, range of motion, coordination.
- Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
- Conducts home assessments to ensure safe discharge.
- Completes required forms and documents per policy and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Evaluates, plans and administers treatment for neuromuscular and musculoskeletal issues.
- Administers tests for strength, ROM, respiratory and circulatory efficiency.
- Provides direct resident treatment per established plan of care.
- Maintains confidentiality of patient records and ensures proper documentation.
