Preferred Therapy Solutions in Springfield, MA is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) to split time between Loomis Lakeside sub-acute rehab and Reeds Landing senior living, both in the same location. The ideal candidate holds a MA-licensed PT or eligibility and will work closely with the rehab team to maximize residents’ independence.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT with MA eligibility or licensure.
• Proficient in documentation and computer use.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy in sub-acute/skilled nursing facility.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a team setting.
• Demonstrate strong MS Outlook/Word/Excel skills and EMR experience.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Demonstrate teamwork and communication with colleagues.
