San Jacinto Valley Post Acute is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our therapy team on a Per Diem / Part-Time basis at our San Jacinto, CA facility. The PT will assess residents, develop treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility and function.
