Job summary

San Jacinto Valley Post Acute is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our therapy team on a per diem/part-time basis at our San Jacinto, CA location. You will deliver hands-on rehabilitation in a skilled nursing setting, focusing on improving mobility and independence for residents.

The ideal candidate holds a California PT license, demonstrates strong clinical and documentation skills, and can lead a small therapy team while collaborating with interdisciplinary colleagues to optimize resident

Qualifications

Schedule: Per Diem / Part-Time
Compensation: $55.00 - $57.00 per hour (based on experience)
