Preferred Therapy Solutions in Wallingford, CT is seeking a Per-Diem Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) for our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department. You may join additional local PRN rosters as you wish.

Provide comprehensive therapy services, collaborate with rehab and nursing staff, and maintain accurate electronic documentation, while staying flexible with hours. A CT PT license or eligibility is required, and MS Outlook/Word/Excel skills help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy license or license-eligible to practice in Connecticut.

A Per-Diem Physical Therapist , (PT/RPT), position is available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Wallingford, CT. Once hired as part of the PTS team, you may join as many of our other local PRN rosters as you wish.

Job Requirements

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current Physical Therapy license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours.

Good Faith Rate Range: $50/hr - $55/hr
