Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is seeking a per-diem Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) for our sub-acute, skilled nursing rehab department in Wallingford, CT. You may join multiple local PRN rosters as you wish with generous PTO.

We are owned and operated by therapists and emphasize ethical patient care and team collaboration. The role requires a current PT license or eligibility and strong computer skills for electronic documentation; experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license or license eligibility to practice in CT.
• Ability to document accurately using electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and timeliness in documentation.
• Be flexible with hours.
