Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC in Marlborough, CT, seeks a Per-Diem Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) to join our sub-acute rehab team. The role involves delivering comprehensive therapy services in a skilled nursing facility and collaborating with nursing staff to support resident independence.

You must hold a current Physical Therapy license or be license eligible; PTA license is also considered in related responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy license or eligible to practice in CT.
• Experience with electronic documentation is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a rehab/nursing team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a team setting.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Outlook, Word, Excel and electronic documentation.
• Be flexible with hours and maintain timely documentation.
