Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC in South Natick, MA is seeking a per-diem Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab team. You will provide compassionate therapy services and collaborate with rehab and nursing staff to support resident independence.

Applicants must hold a current PT license or be eligible to practice in MA. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, and experience with electronic documentation is required.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
