Qualifications

• Experience with electronic documentation and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Deliver PT services to inpatients and outpatients in a skilled nursing facility.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to develop patient goals and treatment plans.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of patient progress.
• Participate in continuing education and mentorship programs.
