Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC in Lewiston, ME is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab team. The role includes providing comprehensive therapy services and collaborating with rehab staff.

We offer a $15,000 sign-on or $10,000 relocation bonus, competitive hourly pay of $38–$46, generous PTO and a range of benefits including medical/dental/vision, HSA, disability and life insurance, a 401(k) with match, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy license or eligible to practice in the state
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
• Experience with electronic documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current Physical Therapy license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
