Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is seeking a Per-Diem Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) for our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in New Milford, CT. You will deliver comprehensive therapy services and work with a collaborative rehab/nursing team to promote resident independence.

The ideal candidate holds a current Physical Therapy license or is license-eligible, with strong computer skills and experience with electronic documentation.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy license or license eligibility to practice in the state.
• Experience with electronic documentation.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to work in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Excellent teamwork and communication.
