Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC invites a Per-Diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in New Milford, CT. You will provide comprehensive therapy services and work closely with our rehab team to help residents reach their highest level of independence.

The ideal candidate holds a PTA license or is eligible to practice in CT, and demonstrates strong computer skills (Outlook/Word/Excel) with electronic documentation.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant license or license eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and electronic documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Team oriented and able to collaborate with rehab staff and nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a team environment.
• Maintain timely and accurate electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate flexibility with hours and workload.
• Support residents to reach their highest level of independence.
