Job summary

O’ahu Home Health Agency is seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) for per diem, in-home visits across O’ahu, HI. You will perform initial evaluations, progress assessments and fall risk screenings to help seniors stay safe at home.

Flexible scheduling—choose your own patients—with reliable transportation required. Per diem visits offer pay per visit with potential annual earnings up to $100,000–$120,000 depending on caseload and hours.

Qualifications

• Current Hawaii license as PT or PTA.
• 1+ year of clinical experience (home health preferred).
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
