Job summary

Symbria is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to support geriatric rehabilitation across our Narvon, PA sites and affiliated retirement communities. You will establish goals, implement treatment plans, and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants within an interdisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates hold a state license, have 1+ year of acute or long-term care experience, and are familiar with NetHealth. This ESOP-owned company emphasizes patient-centered care in senior living and post-acute settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
• Valid state license.
• Available to work on weekdays (weekends available if required).
• At least 1 year of acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation experience.
• NetHealth experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Establish goals, creatively execute treatment plans, and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.

Are you a Physical Therapist (PT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Zerbe Sisters in Narvon, PA and our local retirement communities is seeking its next employee‑owner team member.

Please note that Symbria requires PRN to be available for coverage at several of our top‑rated senior communities (SNF/LTC/CCRCs) which include:

• Garden Spot Village, New Holland
• Maple Farms, Akron
• Tel Hai Retirement Community, Honey Brook

Responsibilities

As a PRN Physical Therapist (PT), you will establish appropriate goals, creatively execute the treatment plans, and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards, complete required documentation, and help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
