Symbria, in partnership with Peter Becker Retirement Community, seeks a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to provide weekday coverage across senior communities. You will set goals, implement treatment plans, and supervise PTAs within an interdisciplinary team.
Requirements include a PT degree from an accredited program, valid state license, and at least 1 year in acute/long-term care. NetHealth proficiency is preferred. Weekday availability is essential, with weekend coverage optional.

As a PRN Physical Therapist (PT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
