Regency Health & Rehabilitation Center in Yorktown, Virginia is seeking a caring, warm-hearted Physical Therapist who is currently licensed in Virginia or is a graduate from an approved Physical Therapist program and is actively working toward obtaining licensure. Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop effective treatment plans.
• Obtain approval for services from the referring physician.
• Treat residents according to the physician's treatment plan.
• Participate in discharge planning.
• Record evaluations, treatments, and charges.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides.
• Screen residents for potential benefit from PT intervention.

Requirements

• Virginia Physical Therapy License
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
