Job Description

Theracare is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to provide exemplary care to our adult population in Skilled Nursing and Home Health Care settings. This full-time position involves working at skilled nursing facilities in Warsaw and Wabash, as well as delivering Home Health services in surrounding areas. Benefits include:

Qualifications

The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients according to physician orders, using therapeutic procedures to restore muscle strength, coordination, body alignment, relieve pain, and improve movement and function. They will work as part of a team, providing therapy services in various locations including Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities, or Home Health Care.

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Physical Therapy
  • Current state license/certification
  • Registration with the American Physical Therapy Certification Board
  • Prefer minimum one year of rehabilitation experience
  • New graduates are welcome to apply
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to provide services in various settings
  • Competency in therapy principles, methods, materials, and equipment
  • Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance
