Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate a patient's condition, develop a treatment plan, and assist in their recovery. Instruct nursing staff and families on follow-through programs.
2. Communicate patient progress or issues to supervisors and team members; assist with scheduling and documentation.
3. Document patient care complying with all regulatory and legal standards.
4. Instruct families or nursing staff in follow-up care programs.
5. Maintain equipment and work area safety and cleanliness.
6. Adhere to the company's code of conduct, compliance standards, professional standards, and legal requirements.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
2. Current, unrestricted Physical Therapy license in Ohio.
3. Current CPR certification.
4. Strong organizational and communication skills.
