Job summary

Quantum Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) to join our skilled nursing rehab team in Florida. We offer a new wage scale and comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, a 401(k), and paid time off.

In this full-time role, you will lead therapy services, collaborate with nurses and physicians, develop patient-specific care plans, monitor resident progress, and ensure compliant documentation and billing.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Physical Therapist in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and lead Physical Therapy services in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Collaborate with nursing, medical staff, and other departments to coordinate high-quality therapy care.
• Develop individualized care plans, implement therapy programs, and monitor resident progress.
• Participate in quality assurance and policy development.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and billing in compliance with standards.
• Provide education and communication to residents, families, and staff.
