What you will do in this role:

• Utilize your physical therapy skills to evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and assist in their recovery. You will also instruct nursing staff and families on follow-up programs that support progress.
• Communicate patient progress or issues to supervisors and team members; assist with patient scheduling and document post charges daily in patient records.
• Accurately document patient care in compliance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accreditation standards.
• Educate patients' families and nursing staff on follow-through programs.
• Maintain equipment and work areas in a safe, clean condition.
• Perform job responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, professional standards, and applicable laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum requirements:

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are provided.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
