What you will do in this role:

1. Apply your physical therapy skills to evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and assist in their recovery. You will also instruct nursing staff and families on follow-up programs to support ongoing progress.
2. Communicate patient progress or issues to supervisors and team members; assist with scheduling and daily documentation of charges.
3. Document patient care in compliance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accreditation standards.
4. Instruct families and nursing staff on follow-through programs.
5. Maintain equipment and work area safety and cleanliness.
6. Adhere to the Company's Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Compliance policies, professional standards, and applicable laws.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
2. Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are provided.
3. Current CPR certification.
4. Strong organizational and communication skills.
