Job summary

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility in Sparta, WI. You will evaluate and treat residents under physician orders, applying a range of physical therapy techniques and assistive devices to maximize functional potential.

New graduates are welcome, with a strong mentorship program and supportive team. PRN, part-time and full-time opportunities are available in Sparta and Tomah to fit diverse scheduling needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required
• Licensed Physical Therapy license in state of employment or ability to obtain licensure in WI

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents under orders from a physician using physical therapy procedures and assistive devices to maximize functional potential.
• Collaborate with care team to implement care plans and document progress.
