Position Overview

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Sparta, WI Skilled Nursing Facility.

Compensation & Schedule

• Full‑Time with a $5,000 bonus and hourly rates of $42‑52 per hour (offer based on experience and qualifying interview).
• Full‑Time 30‑40 hours per week with split coverage at Rolling Hills in Sparta and Tomah Nursing and Rehab. Drive time and mileage between buildings.
• Part‑Time flexible schedule 15‑20 hours per week at either location. PRN also available.
• New graduates welcome; mentorship program available.

Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist you will evaluate and treat residents, under orders from a physician, using a variety of physical therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident’s life.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy license in the state of employment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
