Job summary

Broad River Rehab is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for our Prescott, WI Skilled Nursing Facility. This part-time position requires flexibility with a commitment of 20 hours per week, ideally 3-5 days. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and a valid state license, evaluating and treating patients to enhance their functional potential.

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat residents, under orders from a physician, using a variety of physical therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident’s life.
