• Evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and assist in their recovery, including instructing nursing staff and families on follow-up programs.
• Communicate patient progress or issues with team members; assist with scheduling and documentation.
• Document patient care according to regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Instruct families and nursing staff on follow-through programs.
• Maintain equipment and work area safety and cleanliness.
• Adhere to company policies, professional standards, and legal requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
