Role: PRN Physical Therapist
Facility: Kindred Hospital Lima
Setting: LTAC Hospital
Location: Lima, OH

Responsibilities

1. Assess patients' conditions, develop treatment plans, and facilitate their recovery, including instructing nursing staff and families on follow-up programs.
2. Communicate patient progress or issues to the team; assist with scheduling and documentation.
3. Document patient care in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
4. Maintain equipment and work area safety and cleanliness.
5. Adhere to company policies, professional standards, and legal requirements.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Unrestricted Physical Therapy license in Ohio.
• Current CPR certification.
