Lynwood Nursing & Rehabilitation is a skilled nursing and post-acute rehab facility in a charming small town seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy program. We treat orthopedic, neurological and cognitive conditions and encourage clinicians who love to create and implement tailored programs.

Vital Therapy is a growing network with in-house therapy teams; we offer flexible schedules and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Physical Therapy license.
• PRN schedule availability.
• Experience in rehabilitation settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services to residents in the in-house program.
• Develop and implement therapy plans addressing orthopedic, neurological, and cognitive needs.
• Collaborate with the in-house therapy team to optimize patient outcomes.

a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility located in a charming small town, seeks a PRN Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy program. We seek a PT who is passionate about delivering the best possible care for our patients and residents. We see a diverse patient population with orthopedic, neurological and cognitive conditions and are seeking a clinician who loves to create and implement programs to address these conditions. We have excellent nursing care in this facility and offer amazing support and the opportunity to build a program you can be proud of. PRN schedules available as well.
