Job summary

Woodland Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team. We treat a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and encourage program development in cognition, wound care, balance, and return to home, with ongoing training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed physical therapist in Texas is required.
• Experience with orthopedic or neurological patients is preferred.
• Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents on site as part of the in-house team.
• Develop and implement rehabilitation programs for cognition, balance, and mobility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to plan discharge home.
