LYNWOOD NURSING & REHABILITATION, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility, seeks a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house therapy program. We value clinicians who create and implement programs addressing orthopedic, neurological and cognitive conditions, with excellent leadership and support to grow the program.

Qualifications

• Texas license is required for PTA practice in Texas.
• A passion for delivering high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing setting.
• Ability to engage patients with orthopedic, neurological, and cognitive needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PTA services to residents within the in-house therapy program.
• Develop and implement therapy programs for orthopedic, neurological, and cognitive conditions.
• Collaborate with nursing and rehabilitation staff to coordinate care.
• Support and contribute to building a strong in-house therapy program; PRN schedules available.

LYNWOOD NURSING & REHABILITATION, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility located in a charming small town, seeks a full time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house therapy program. We seek a PTA who is passionate about delivering the best possible care for our patients and residents. We see a diverse patient population with orthopedic, neurological and cognitive conditions and are seeking a clinician who loves to create and implement programs to address these conditions. We have excellent nursing care in this facility and offer amazing support and the opportunity to build a program you can be proud of. PRN schedules available as well.
